Sunny Heights was a lovely home for Ringo to live in and the name was very welcoming and attractive. Conveniently, he didn’t live too far away from John, who lived at Kenwood in Weybridge, or George, who lived at Kinfauns in Esher.
Paul, on the other hand, chose to remain a resident of London and AFAIK, he has never owned property or lived in Surrey. I know that he owns a farm in Scotland and a house in Rye, Sussex in addition to other properties.
